The 800 m² fenced, illuminated, and tree-lined grounds let your pet enjoy the outdoors safely. On the property, you’ll find a traditional 7 x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers. This stone house spans 3 floors and features two living rooms (one with a sofa bed for 2), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a selection of children’s books and toys. The private outdoor area is furnished with a pool, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue. A covered terrace is also available. Nearby, discover the Caroux-Espinouse nature reserve (13 km), Lake Salagou (35 km), and Béziers arena (41 km). Four parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for an extra charge. Beach and pool towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. The house is regularly renovated.
